Adattare il programma ai casi di difficoltà

Il Cantone ha apportato delle modifiche al programma di sussidi in base all'adeguamento alla legge Covid. Saremo lieti di informarvi sulle modifiche.

Per poter richiedere il sostegno, un'azienda deve essere stata costituita prima del 1° ottobre 2020 (prima: 01 marzo 2020).

1. Per le aziende con un fatturato annuo fino a 5 milioni di franchi, la nuova regola è la seguente:

Le aziende che sono state chiuse dalle autorità per almeno 40 giorni di calendario tra il 1° novembre 2020 e il 30 giugno 2021 riceveranno ora il 100% dell'indennizzo sotto forma di contributi a fondo perduto;
Le imprese che hanno diritto a un indennizzo di rigore a causa di un calo del fatturato direttamente e immediatamente imputabile a un provvedimento amministrativo (condizioni invariate, cfr. allegato pag. 7) riceveranno il 75% dell'indennizzo sotto forma di importo a fondo perduto e il 25% sotto forma di prestito. Se l'importo del prestito è inferiore a 5.000 franchi svizzeri, si rinuncia anche al suo rimborso.

L'importo massimo dei contributi è stato aumentato a un massimo del 20% del fatturato medio annuo per il 2018 e il 2019 o a un massimo di 1 milione di franchi svizzeri.

Se è già stato concesso un prestito di rigore prima dell'aprile 2021, questo prestito sarà automaticamente convertito dal Cantone in un contributo A a fondo perduto (al 75% o al 100% a seconda dei casi) e l'importo della compensazione sarà adeguato se necessario. I richiedenti saranno informati di ciò e non dovranno prendere ulteriori provvedimenti.

2) Per le aziende con un fatturato annuo superiore a 5 milioni di franchi, l'applicazione del regolamento di rigore è ora interamente disciplinata dalle disposizioni della Confederazione (art. 8b - 8f dell'Ordinanza sul rigore Covid).


Tutte le domande di accesso al programma di rigore devono essere presentate entro la mezzanotte del 30 giugno 2021.

Color Scheme Editor Help

The Color Scheme Editor allows you to change and customize the colors used in the application. This help text will guide you through all the features available in the editor.

Change Colors

The Change Colors section lets you modify the colors used in the application. There are different color groups available, each containing multiple shades numbered from 50 (lightest) to 900 (darkest).

Example: To change a color, locate the corresponding color input field (e.g., color-primary-500) and choose a new color. The color value will be updated accordingly.

Apply Colors

After making your color adjustments, click the "Apply" button to save your changes and apply the new color scheme to the application.

Reset Colors

If you want to revert the colors to their initial state, click the "Reset" button. This will discard any unsaved changes and restore the original color scheme.

Import Colors

If you have a color configuration that you would like to use, click the "Import" button. This will open a new overlay where you can paste the color configuration, and then click the "Import colors" button to apply it to the application.

Example: A valid color configuration would look like:

--color-primary-200: #bae6fd;
...

Export Colors

If you want to save the current color scheme to use in another application or share it with someone else, click the "Export" button. This will open a new overlay with the color configuration that you can copy to your clipboard by clicking the "Copy to clipboard" button.
